The Confidence Group is an award-winning construction firm specializing in essential highway and road maintenance services. Founded in 2001 by Isaac Barnes II, the company began as an education organization before evolving into a premier provider of highway striping, pavement marking, and pavement marking removal services.
Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TCG is one of the largest minority paving marking highway contractors in Texas, having completed millions of dollars of work. All of our major projects are performed under the open, competitive bid process, with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) as our principal client. Our mission is to enhance the organization and safety of our nation’s infrastructure through stellar performance and reliable service.
