Sky Alexander is an exceptional leader who oversees safety programs and training for all divisions of The Confidence Group in just a few months as program manager. Sky’s clear vision for Workforce and Development inspired remarkable growth within the company. Recognizing the potential HR challenges in the construction industry, Sky swiftly initiated the process of elevating our firm to ensure full compliance and create an appealing workplace for potential hires. In addition to excelling in employee relations, Sky has demonstrated remarkable talent acquisition skills, nurturing TCG’s company culture into one of respect. His dedication to overseeing daily safety operations and fostering the professional development of our construction workforce ensures that everyone remains safe and well-informed.
Robert brings a wealth of experience across various sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, specialty medical, commercial, big box retail, and residential construction, as well as land development. His expertise lies in creative problem solving, consistently guiding the construction team to solid solutions and ensuring continued progress. As a Senior Vice President of Construction Development, Director of Field Operations, and Senior Site Supervisor, Robert has been instrumental in leading projects from initial site acquisition through to certificate of occupancy, and beyond to extended service and project maintenance. His focus on team collaboration and meticulous attention to pre-construction planning are key to achieving successful project completions and ensuring critical path success.
Kelvin Knight oversees The Confidence Group’s’ financial reporting and protects company assets. With versatile experience ranging from data specialist to finance manager, Kelvin leads the budgeting and financial statement preparation charge. Kelvin manages a team of skilled project accountants, and together, they have created efficient accounting processes for our company and clients. Kelvin has expert billing understanding and is a driven and hands-on financial leader in our firm, providing a strong, reliable, and pleasant presence in our corporate office. Moreover, he actively manages information technology initiatives and provides valuable software training to staff. Kelvin’s commitment and expertise contribute significantly to the company’s success.
Edwin has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees and implements safety policies and procedures, including maintaining records required by OSHA and The Confidence Group company policy. Edwing started as a Project Manager, spending several years in our Estimating Department, gaining invaluable knowledge of pricing, quantity take-offs, and managing our Subcontractor Base. Ultimately, Edwin has become one of our company’s top leaders, supervises field managers, schedules and conducts employee training, and meets company and state/federal requirements. He also analyzes injury and accident statistics to identify areas for improvement and develops corrective action plans. Additionally, he procures and maintains an inventory of all safety supplies and personal protective equipment.
Stacey is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the construction industry, where she has consistently driven cost reductions and quality improvements. She began her career in project management and quickly rose through the ranks due to her strategic creativity and commitment to excellence. Stacey excels in building high-performing departments and is adept at managing projects from initial planning through to successful closure. As a senior manager, she oversees key operations, ensuring that all projects meet company standards and client expectations. Her leadership and innovative approach have made her an invaluable asset to The Confidence Group.
Raylyn is the dynamic leader of the team spearheading The ConfidencGroup’s media direction. With her wealth of experience as a visual designer, web developer, and video editor, Raylyn brings a diverse skill set. As the team’s most senior member, she comprehensively understands all facets of our business. Raylyn seamlessly takes on any task, whether crafting a website, designing a logo, liaising with clients, or capturing captivating photos and videos both on location and in our studio. Her proficiency in website-building tools and platforms such as PHP, HTML5, and WordPress, coupled with her status as a Google Certified Professional for pay-per-click, ensures she makes a substantial contribution to our SEO efforts.
Brenda has been an incredible addition to The Confidence Group. Starting with reception and general office tasks, she quickly showcased exceptional organizational abilities, clear communication, and a warm, calm nature. It’s no surprise that Brenda was promoted to office manager within a few months, with her responsibilities steadily growing. With years of experience as an Administration Executive Assistant, she brings a wealth of skills to the team, including sales, onboarding, purchasing, and extensive software capabilities.
