Since 2000, this exceptional tournament has raised over $2.9 million in scholarships.  These funds empower outstanding high school seniors, many first-generation college students, to pursue their educational dreams.

They understand that poverty and lack of development often steal this key, leading to a cycle of violence, abuse, and exploitation. Their contributions aim to empower future generations with the knowledge and skills needed to break free from this cycle and contribute positively to society.

Microsoft and Confidence Group partnered with Feeding America’s workforce development initiative to promote food and financial security by providing the tools needed for economic mobility. A lack of skills training and limited resources keeps low income individuals from gaining financial independence, forcing them to rely on food banks for basic needs. Donation to Feeding America help support these programs directly impacting struggling Americans nationwide.

The Confidence Drum and Dance program offers a free summer enrichment experience for adolescents. Through drumming, dance, and theater arts, the program empowers young people to express themselves creatively. They’ll gain music appreciation, performance skills, and proficiency on various percussion instruments. But the learning goes beyond the stage. Participants will also develop valuable life skills like responsibility, cooperation, leadership, and teamwork through instrument care, practice routines, and both solo and group performances. This program, sponsored by the Confidence team, is a fantastic opportunity for young minds to explore artistic expression and build a strong foundation for personal growth.
