1. Get plenty of sleep

Quality sleep helps manage stress, improves mood, focus, and productivity during the day. To ensure that you get enough restful sleep, try to wake up and go to bed at the same time each day, keep technology out of the bedroom while sleeping, and avoid caffeine in the afternoon or evening.

2. Take regular breaks throughout your day

Breaks provide an opportunity for physical activity, which can help reduce stress levels by releasing endorphins, as well as giving your mind some much needed downtime before returning to work. Try scheduling in five-minute breathing exercises or short walks around the school grounds during break periods to keep yourself healthy and energized during classes.
